The Bucks Energee! Dance Team holds open auditions Wednesday and Thursday night at the team's training center, 3501 S. Lake Dr.

Registration for initial tryouts begins at 6 p.m. Wednesday, with callbacks on Thursday. Dancers must be 18 or older by Nov. 1 in order to try out.

More than 180 dancers tried out last year for the squad, which carried 20 members into its 18th season performing at Bucks home games and various corporate, charitable and community events throughout the year.

Applicants should dress in a form fitting athletic or tank top, shorts or dance pants and dance or athletic shoes without black soles. Candidates must be available to perform at all Bucks home games. The team practices two nights a week from August through June.
